Hamdard Aswagandharista is an effective Ayurvedic medicine, prepared with Aswagandha (Withania somnifera)and other valuable medicinal plants, which is very effective in mental fatigue, nervous exhaustion, and debility from old age, insomnia, loss of weight and loss of memory. Aswagandharista is also helps to relieve painful swellings, lumbago and arthritis.

General
Dosage and Administration	2-4 teaspoonfuls 2-3 times daily after meal or as prescribed by the physician.
Contraindication	There is no known contraindication.
Side effect	No significant side effect has been observed in proper dosage.
Precaution	Keep out of reach of the children.
Storage	Protect from light. Keep in cool & dry place. Shake well before use.
